Here I am closing in on the end of the second week of the Mental Diet and I am not sure I made it a full day.  I am not sure, because I wasn’t thinking about it when I fell asleep, although, I was anxious to hear my recording as I fell asleep because I was pining for my ‘happy place’.

I do feel success, however, because I held my tongue in the company of lots of family, and I made a point of giving a complement, encouragement, or uplifting comment to every person present.  It was such a natural expression, I surprised myself.  It really was a delightful experience.

I thought I had packed everything I needed to be faithful to my assignment but, a lass, there were a few things missing.  No need to panic – relax (Mark and Davene’s kind reminder).  My recordings!  Yay!  My Movie poster as my wallpaper on my phone. Yay!  The lesson accessible via the internet.  Yay!  And, if I needed to, I could have read Og on the internet, too, but I carry a copy in my purse.  Yay! It was all good!

And this love thing – wow!  I love the affirmation, “I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy!”  As Haanel suggested, I have been affirming that for others.  To my surprise, I received a loving text message of good holiday wishes in response to a greeting of love I had sent, from a person who has cut off communication with me for an unknown reason.  If this is happening now, I can’t wait to be stunned on Dec. 4.

I can be who I will to be.

I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy!
